This creamy, chocolate dessert is so easy to make and has health benefits! Avocado, cacao powder, coconut milk and sweetener is all that is needed! Avocados offer healthy fats and may help reduce risk of heart disease as well as improve LDL levels. Cacao powder is minimally processed and is higher in antioxidants than its counterpart cocoa powder.
This is one of my favorite treats. It is tasty and nutritious. I love chocolate and isn't it great when you can justify eating a tasty treat because, it has healthy benefits! I eat it for snack or even a quick breakfast.
Ingredients
2Ripe AvocadosPeel and remove pit
1/3CupCacao Powder
1/3CupCoconut Milkor other milk alternative
3-5TBSMaple Syrupor other sweetener

Instructions
In blender or food processor (or nutribullet) add all ingredients, mix until well blended.
