Shipping, Refund, & Products Policy
- Shipping Policy
Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Because many products on this site are drop shipped directly from our vendors, shipping time may be extended, however it is always our goal to process every order the day it was received. This policy may be delayed during peak shopping times (such as holidays) and may delay your order 1-4 business days from being shipped. If a product is on back order there will be a delay in your purchase. You will be notified immediately and offered an immediate refund an item becomes no longer available. - Refund Policy
We sell various products and the quality of the products are very important to us. Due to the nature of these products, there are limitations to what can be returned.– If a product is delivered damaged, we must be notified within 48hrs of delivery. Please email documentation (example: pictures of damaged product or shipping box) to orders@sustainyourlife.com.
– Opened items cannot be returned.
– Unopened products* (excluding chocolate bars, hemp bars, or other food) can be returned within 30 days of delivery return shipping not included.
– A Return Authorization must be obtained by emailing orders@sustainyourlife.com or calling 331-251-3833.We try to be generous with our refund policy, however, there are some exceptions. Orders containing a 10g tube of our pure oils or 4+ of the same product are not eligible for a refund as we consider bulk orders to mean you have already tried and are comfortable with that product.
