Healthy, tasty, and easy to make. Add your favorite fruit or nuts. The flavors you can add to this recipe are boundless.

Make a batch ahead of time and just grab and go. What could be easier!

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Milk of your choice; coconut almond, rice, whole milk, flax milk, hemp milk
  • 2 TBS sweetener of your choice; maple syrup honey, agave
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 Cup chia seeds
  • 2 TBS cacao powder or cocoa powder
  • Cinnamon Optional
  • Dried cranberries Optional
  • Raisins Optional
  • Dried fruit Optional

Instructions

  1. Combine first three ingredients and mix thoroughly.

  2. Add chia seeds and whisk together.  Add optional ingredients at this time and mix. 

  3. Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours or until set.

  4. Top with any combination of fruit and enjoy!
